Carbutts Turf Ltd was first established
In 2003, Frank and Jeff decided to retire from the business and the company was taken over by Frank's sons
who along with the help of their dedicated team of staff have continued to produce high quality turf from the 650 acres of Cheshire loam they harvest.
The family connection does not end there - Gary's son - Ashley can be seen these days working on the turf fields of Cheshire.
Carbutts Turf Ltd is a down-to-earth, family-run business where quality, value and customer service come first.
That's why we still have customers, (both local and national) who continue to come back year after year.

Delivery or Collect Your Own?
Carbutts Turf Ltd are conveniently situated just 5 minutes from Junction 17 of the M6 in Cheshire.
We can deliver bulk loads straight from the field, to customers throughout the whole of the UK.delivery charges can be viewed here
If you are only looking for a couple of rolls customers can also collect their turf from our Cheshire headquarters, or you even have the choice of collecting your turf straight from the field where it is being harvested that day.
Our advice if you are planning on collecting your own is to cover the boot of your car or trailer base with a protective layer of paper or plastic - flattened bin bags will work fine. That way you will avoid getting loose earth in your vehicle.
You simply can't get fresher than that!
